Remote Sites

• Laurie – schedule MNPS remote site conference call Thu, June 2 @ 1pm PDT

Participant Web

• Laurie – draft Remote ISTE participant welcome/asynch site kickoff letter & route to Kecia, Anita H, Anita M, and Craig for edits
• Get, upload and link materials from presenters
• Post URLs for Connect rooms and archives (VTC archives?)
• Anita Harris - Turn on Google Analytics for the Participant Web site

PeoPLES

• Anita – recruit SMEs; see if any could be emcees as well
• Anita - schedule video sessions on Sunday/Monday: Poster, Playground, Lounge, Exhibits, Student Showcase
• Anita – enlist directors

• Craig – recruit emcees
• Craig – contact RETA to recruit 1-2 Adobe Connects facilitators/hosts
• Craig – recruit remaining onsite tech support volunteers

Adobe Connects

• Debren - Do we have two Seminar rooms?
• Laurie/Debren – get any slides and/or recorded video/audio from presenters - June 20, 24
• Debren – build Adobe Connects rooms
• Debren - Monday, convert PeoPLES videos to FLV, upload to rooms.
• Laurie - Ask about sound damping for Debren/Mike room 300

VTC

• Shane - Are we recording VTC sessions? Can we save for 1 year? Not doing any recording at conference or archieving.SH

Keynote

• PSAV - Test URL
• PSAV - Technology to be used, etc.
• How will it be captured and available for replay at 3:45 pm and 5:15 pm
• Any supplemental technology being used in the auditorium? (clickers, hash tags, back channel, web sites, etc.)

Evaluations

• How many do we need? Group Participants, Individual Participants, Volunteers, Remote Organizers? I suggest one survey.
• Create survey
• Prepare to distribute survey (on-line, group sites, email, etc.)

Volunteers
